The Springtown Porcupines volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Bryan Vikings to 0 in the Porcupines non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Porcupines now possess a 23-2 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league outing on Thursday, August 28. Springtown will play a War Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over College Park (The Woodlands, TX). The War Eagles record now stands at 8-4.

The Vikings (2-17) will now prepare for their game against Midland (Midland, TX). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 14-5 record. In their last game, Midland gained a win over Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, TX), 3-0, in a non-league game.
