California High School Volleyball - Buchanan over Liberty

The Buchanan Bears (Clovis, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Liberty Patriots (Bakersfield, CA), 3-1 in Thursday's non-league contest.

The Bears (16-1) will now prepare for their battle against San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, San Joaquin Memorial achieved victory over Clovis North (Fresno, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

The Patriots now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlingame for a non-league battle on Friday, September 5.
