West Virginia High School Volleyball - St. Albans tips Buffalo

August 28, 2025: Buffalo, WV 25033

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Buffalo Bison.

With the win, St. Albans advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Red Dragons travel to Wirt County (Elizabeth, WV) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 1-0. Wirt County won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Doddridge County (West Union, WV)

The Bison now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Monroe for a non-league test on Thursday, September 4. Buffalo will face a Mavericks squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, WV). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-2.
