The Palestine Wildcats volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Cedar Creek Eagles to 0 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now have a 13-9 record. They play next when they travel to Round Top-Carmine for a non-league game on Friday, August 29. Palestine will confront a Cubs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to BVCHEA HomeSchool (Bryan, TX). The Cubs record now stands at 4-7.
The Eagles (6-13) will now prepare for their game against BVCHEA HomeSchool (Bryan, TX). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, BVCHEA HomeSchool gained a win over Round Top-Carmine (Carmine, TX), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
