North Carolina High School Volleyball - Community Christian over Southside Christian

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Community Christian Cyclones volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Southside Christian Warriors.

The Cyclones (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against New Bern Christian Academy (New Bern, NC). The come into the MACAA 2A challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, New Bern Christian Academy was beaten by Jacksonville Christian Academy (Jacksonville, NC), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors face the Hilltop Christian Chargers (Fuquay-Varina, NC) in a NCCSA AA District 3- East Region test, on Tuesday, September 9. Southside Christian will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
