The Wildcats (12-8) will now prepare for their battle against Harrold (Harrold, TX). The Hornets go into the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Harrold achieved victory over Bryson (Bryson, TX), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Falcons now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Seymour for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 30. Midway will encounter a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Graford (Graford, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 4-9.
