The Cypress Woods Wildcats (Cypress, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Fort Bend Elkins Knights (Missouri City, TX), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Wildcats now possess a 17-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cy-Fair for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 3. Cypress Woods will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fort Bend Travis (Richmond, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-9.

With the loss, Fort Bend Elkins drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Knights host Clear Falls (League City, TX) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Friday, August 29.
