Tigerton Tigers (Tigerton, WI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Elcho Hornets (Elcho, WI), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Faith Christian Academy (Wautoma, WI). The Saints come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Hornets meet the Wabeno/Laona Rebels (Wabeno, WI) in a Northern Lakes challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Elcho will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Stratford (Stratford, WI).
