Ohio High School Volleyball - Elida crushed by Shawnee

In Thursday's league bout, the Shawnee Indians (Lima, OH) volleyball team knocked off the host Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH), by a margin of 3-0.

The Indians now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Brookville for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 30. Shawnee will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Kenton Wildcats (Kenton, OH) in a Western Buckeye contest, on Thursday, September 4. Elida will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the battle with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ottawa-Glandorf (Ottawa, OH).
