In Thursday's non-league match, the The Ambrose School Archers (Meridian, ID) volleyball team knocked off the host Emmett Huskies (Emmett, ID), by a margin of 3-0.

The Archers now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Vallivue for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. The Ambrose School will clash with a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Capital (Boise, ID). The Falcons record now stands at 0-4.

With the loss, Emmett drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Payette (Payette, ID) to clash with the Pirates in a 4A Snake River Valley match on Tuesday, September 2. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 0-2. Payette lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against New Plymouth (New Plymouth, ID)
