South Carolina High School Volleyball - First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Powdersville

Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders (Greenville, SC), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Powdersville improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Patriots travel to Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC) to face the Sabres in a AAA Region 1 test on Thursday, September 4. The Sabres come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.

Next, the Crusaders meet the Westminster Catawba Christian Indians (Rock Hill, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC).
