The Fort Bend Travis Tigers prevailed the host Iowa Colony Pioneers volleyball squad by a margin of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now possess a 8-7 record. They play next when they host Conroe for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Fort Bend Travis will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-2 league win over New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 10-8.

With the loss, Iowa Colony drops to 9-11 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to East Bernard (East Bernard, TX) to clash with the Brahmas in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28.
