New Mexico High School Volleyball - Hobbs can't hold off Legacy

In Thursday's non-league match, the Legacy Leopards (Wichita Falls, TX) volleyball squad tipped the host Hobbs Eagles (Hobbs, NM), by a final score of 2-1.

Next up, the Leopards confront the Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, August 28. Legacy will attempt to advance on its 8-14 season record. The Plainsmen come into the bout with a 11-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Plainview (Plainview, TX).

With the loss, Hobbs drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM) to battle the Trojans in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 2. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 1-0. Mayfield won 3-2 in their recent non-league match against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM)
