Utah High School Volleyball - Miyamura overwhelmed by San Juan

August 28, 2025: Blanding, UT 84511

San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Broncos (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Enterprise (Enterprise, UT). The Wolves come into the 2A Region 18 challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Enterprise beat Parowan (Parowan, UT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots meet the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 30. Miyamura will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record. The Spartans go into the test with a 2-1 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Gallup (Gallup, NM).
