Texas High School Volleyball - New Braunfels over Schulenburg

The New Braunfels Unicorns volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Schulenburg Shorthorns to 0 in the Unicorns non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Unicorns now have a 20-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bowie for a non-league game on Thursday, August 28. New Braunfels will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Johnson (Buda, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-8.

The Shorthorns (13-10) will now prepare for their game against Alief Taylor (Houston, TX). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 4-12 record. In their last game, Alief Taylor was dropped by Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX), 3-1, in a non-league game.
