Indiana High School Volleyball - New Castle over Richmond

The New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) volleyball knocked off the host Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Connersville for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. New Castle will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Batesville (Batesville, IN). The Spartans record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Richmond drops to 2-9 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to Triton Central (Fairland, IN) to battle the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, August 30. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 4-4. Triton Central lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN)
