Patoka Warriors (Patoka, IL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Sandoval Blackhawks (Sandoval, IL), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Patoka advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Warriors host Martinsville (Martinsville, IL) to face the Bluestreaks in a Little Okaw Valley test on Tuesday, September 2. The Bluestreaks go into the test with a record of 0-1. Martinsville lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Brownstown/St. Elmo (St. Elmo, IL)
The Blackhawks now sport a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Elverado for a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. Sandoval will play a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cobden (Cobden, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.
