In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Polk County Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the A.C. Reynolds Rockets.
The Wolverines (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Patton (Morganton, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Patton went down by East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Rockets encounter the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, August 31. A.C. Reynolds will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 4-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC).
