Robbinsdale Armstrong Falcons (Plymouth, MN) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Falcons confront the Anoka Tornadoes (Anoka, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Robbinsdale Armstrong will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
The Bengals now possess a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Centennial for a Class AAA Section 7 challenge on Wednesday, August 31. Blaine will confront a Cougars team coming off a 1-0 league win over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
