Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Cuthbertson Cavaliers (Waxhaw, NC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Chargers confront the South Mecklenburg Sabres (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 1. Cox Mill will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Sabres enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 2-2 non-league Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC).
The Cavaliers now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Butler for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 30. Cuthbertson will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-3 non-league Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
