In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Fredericktown Black Cats soccer squad scored a close 7-2 triumph over the Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles.
The Black Cats (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Farmington (Farmington, MO). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Crosspoint Christian (Villa Ridge, MO). The come into the Metro battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Crosspoint Christian was overwhelmed by Ozarks Christian Academy (West Plains, MO), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
