The Cleburne County Tigers volleyball team (Heflin, AL), was dropped 3-1 in Monday's league challenge with the visiting Munford Lions (Munford, AL)

The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL). The Spartans enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Pleasant Grove was dropped by Minor (Adamsville, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Anniston Bulldogs (Anniston, AL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 1. Cleburne County will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record.
