The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Grissom Tigers (Huntsville, AL) and the host Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL), saw Grissom's volleyball squad beat Decatur by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Grissom upgrades its record to 4-11 on the year. The Tigers host Elkmont (Elkmont, AL) to play the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Monday, August 29. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 0-3.
The Red Raiders now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lauderdale County for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. Decatur will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Loretto (Loretto, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 4-4.
