The Sylvania Rams volleyball team (Sylvania, AL), went down 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Kate Duncan Smith DAR Patriots (Grant, AL)

The Patriots (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against New Hope (New Hope, AL). The Indians enter the 4A Area 14 bout with a 8-6 record. In their last bout, New Hope notched a victory over Randolph School (Huntsville, AL), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

The Rams now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Geraldine for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 1. Sylvania will play a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Collinsville (Collinsville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-2.
