Colorado High School Softball - Monarch felled by Brighton

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Brighton Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 12-3 win over the Monarch Coyotes.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs encounter the Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 2. Brighton will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Raptors enter the outing with a 0-2 record after their 14-9 non-league loss to Chaparral (Parker, CO).

The Coyotes (2-3) will now prepare for their outing against Fossil Ridge (Fort Collins, CO). The Sabercats come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Fossil Ridge was routed by Wellington (Wellington, CO), 13-12, in a non-league contest.
