In Tuesday's non-league contest, the The Nueva School Mavericks (San Mateo, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting El Primero Lobos (San Jose, CA), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Mavericks battle the Summit Shasta Black Bears (Daly City, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, September 5. The Nueva School will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record.
With the loss, El Primero drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Lobos host Pinewood (Los Altos Hills, CA) to battle the Panthers in a non-league contest on Wednesday, August 30. The Panthers come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
