In Tuesday's league battle, the host Dixie Greyhounds soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Tri-County North Panthers.
The Greyhounds (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Union County (Liberty, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Union County nudged Franklin County (Brookville, IN), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Newton Local (Pleasant Hill, OH). The Indians come into the Western Ohio Athletic battle with a 0-4 record. In their last battle, Newton Local by Preble Shawnee (Camden, OH), 5-2, in a league battle.
