In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Durango Demons soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Farmington Scorpions.
The Demons now sport a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Pueblo West for a non-league test on Friday, September 1. Durango will encounter a Cyclones squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Cyclones record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Farmington drops to 2-2 on the season. The Scorpions travel to Aztec (Aztec, NM) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 5. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-6. Aztec lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Clovis (Clovis, NM)
