Woodbury Royals (Woodbury, MN) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host St. Paul Central Minutemen (St. Paul, MN), 9-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Royals face the St. Thomas Academy Cadets (Mendota Heights, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 5. Woodbury will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
The Minutemen now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Wayzata for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 31. St. Paul Central will face a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rosemount (Rosemount, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 2-0.
