The Carrollton Trojans (Carrollton, GA) softball nipped the visiting Pebblebrook Falcons (Mableton, GA), 1-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Trojans (4-8) will now prepare for their bout against Cartersville (Cartersville, GA). The Hurricanes go into the non-league bout with a 7-3 record. In their last bout, Cartersville held off Calhoun (Calhoun, GA), 6-5, in a league bout.
The Falcons now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Therrell for a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. Pebblebrook will confront a Panthers squad coming off a 25-9 league loss to Coretta Scott King YWLA (Atlanta, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-3.
