The Pirates now own a 15-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bethel for a non-league challenge on Thursday, August 31. Dale will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 15-1 non-league win over Community Christian (Norman, OK). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-4.

With the loss, Putnam City falls to 2-10 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK) to face the Panthers in a 6A District 2 challenge on Thursday, August 31. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 6-12. Putnam City North lost 20-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Southmoore (Moore, OK)
