In Tuesday's league contest, the Thomas Jefferson Spartans (Denver, CO) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Vista PEAK Prep Bison (Aurora, CO), by a margin of 11-1.

With the triumph, Thomas Jefferson moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Spartans host Rangeview (Aurora, CO) to play the Raiders in a 5A/4A/3A Denver Prep contest on Thursday, August 31. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Rangeview lost 18-0 in their recent non-league contest against Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO)

In their next game, the Bison play the Denver East Angels (Denver, CO) in a 5A/4A/3A Denver Prep contest, on Thursday, August 31. Vista PEAK Prep will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Angels come into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 16-6 league win over Kennedy (Denver, CO).
