In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Nodaway Valley Wolverines volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the AHSTW Vikings.

The Wolverines (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA). The Warhawks come into the Pride of Iowa battle with a 0-6 record. In their last battle, Southeast Warren lost by Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Vikings clash with the Treynor Cardinals (Treynor, IA) in a Western Iowa battle, on Thursday, September 7. AHSTW will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Cardinals come into the battle with a 6-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA).
