The Mustangs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Southeast Valley for a Twin Lakes bout on Thursday, August 31. Newell-Fonda will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-4.
