The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Dymally Challengers (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Animo South Los Angeles Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), saw Dymally's volleyball squad beat Animo South Los Angeles by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Dymally upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Challengers host USC-MAE (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
The Panthers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Middle College for a Crosstown bout on Wednesday, September 6. Animo South Los Angeles will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
