The Elgin/Pope John Wolfpack topped the visiting Burwell Longhorns volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Wolfpack now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuart for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Elgin/Pope John will confront a Broncos team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Plainview (Plainview, NE). The Broncos record now stands at 5-0.

The Longhorns (1-1) will now prepare for their test against West Holt (Atkinson, NE). The Huskies enter the C2 District 9 test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, West Holt gained a win over Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard] (Clearwater, NE), 2-0, in a non-league test.
