The Minden Whippets topped the host Chase County Longhorns volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Whippets now have a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lexington for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Minden will confront a Minutemen team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cozad (Cozad, NE). The Minutemen record now stands at 1-2.

The Longhorns (0-3) will now prepare for their test against McCook (McCook, NE). The Bison enter the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, McCook gained a win over Lexington (Lexington, NE), 3-2, in a league test.
