The Douglas Patriots topped the host Custer Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riggs for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Douglas will confront a Governors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD). The Governors record now stands at 2-0.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Newell (Newell, SD). The Irrigators enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Newell was knocked off by Harding County (Buffalo, SD), 3-1, in a league test.
