Arizona High School Volleyball - Fairfax over Washington

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ) and the host Washington Rams (Phoenix, AZ), saw Fairfax's volleyball squad beat Washington by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Fairfax upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Stampede host Westview (Avondale, AZ) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, August 30. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Rams now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Canyon for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Washington will play a Rattlers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ). The Rattlers record now stands at 0-2.
