The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels topped the visiting Montezuma Braves volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Rebels now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host AGWSR for a North Iowa Cedar - West test on Thursday, August 31. Gladbrook-Reinbeck will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Grundy Center (Grundy Center, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Montezuma moves to 2-4 on the year. The Braves host Colfax-Mingo (Colfax, IA) to face the Tigerhawks in a South Iowa Cedar contest on Tuesday, September 5. The Tigerhawks go into the contest with a record of 2-3. Colfax-Mingo lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Moravia (Moravia, IA)
