The New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM) volleyball overcame the host Jal Panthers (Jal, NM), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

With the win, New Mexico Military Institute upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Colts travel to Tatum (Tatum, NM) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Coyotes go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Tatum lost 3-2 in their recent non-league bout against Elida (Elida, NM)

The Panthers now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cloudcroft for a non-league bout on Friday, September 15.
