The McNary Celtics volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lakeridge Pacers to 1 in the Celtics non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Celtics now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Salem for a 6A Central Valley game on Thursday, August 31. McNary will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Tigard (Tigard, OR). The Vikings record now stands at 5-1.

The Pacers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Thurston (Springfield, OR). The Colts enter the non-league game with a 2-2 record. In their last game, Thurston gained a win over McKay (Salem, OR), 3-0, in a non-league game.
