The Springfield Southeast Spartans volleyball team (Springfield, IL), went down 2-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Lincoln Railsplitters (Lincoln, IL)

The Railsplitters (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL). The Crimsons enter the Central State Eight challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Jacksonville went down by Rochester (Rochester, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans encounter the Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL) in a Central State Eight challenge, on Thursday, August 31. Springfield Southeast will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL).
