In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host The King's Academy Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Lyndon Academy Terriers.

The Knights (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Johnson Ferry Christian Academy (Marietta, GA). The Saints come into the GAPPS DI-AAA Region 1 battle with a 9-4 record. In their last battle, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy achieved victory over Centennial (Roswell, GA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Terriers clash with the Excel Christian Academy Eagles (Cartersville, GA) in a GAPPS DI-A Region 2A battle, on Thursday, August 31. Lyndon Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Shiloh Hills Christian (Kennesaw, GA).
