With the win, Platte/Geddes upgrades its record to 4-0 on the year. The Black Panthers travel to Colome (Colome, SD) to play the Cowboys in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Colome won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Crow Creek (Stephan, SD)

The Falcons now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host McLaughlin for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 2. Todd County will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-4.
