The Centennial Stars got by the visiting South Bulldogs football team by a score of 14-12 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Stars face the Hamilton Township Rangers (Columbus, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Rangers go into the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 21-14 non-league loss to St. Charles (Columbus, OH).
The Bulldogs (0-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Belmont (Dayton, OH). The Bison go into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Belmont was edged by Aiken (Cincinnati, OH), 46-0, in a non-league challenge.
