Virginia High School Football - Kenston Forest beat Chincoteague

August 29, 2024: Blackstone, VA 23824

The Kenston Forest Kavaliers football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Chincoteague Ponies to 12 in the Kavaliers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Kavaliers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rappahannock County for a non-league test on Friday, September 6. Kenston Forest will clash with a squad coming off a 44-12 non-league loss to Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA). The record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Chincoteague drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Ponies host Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 1-1. Brunswick Academy lost 44-13 in their recent league test against The Covenant (Charlottesville, VA)
