The River Rouge Panthers were victorious over the host Glenn Rockets football team by a score of 37-8 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Mona Shores Sailors (Norton Shores, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 6. River Rouge will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Sailors enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 28-26 non-league win over Grand Blanc (Grand Blanc, MI).
The Rockets (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Dearborn (Dearborn, MI). The Pioneers enter the Kensington Lakes - East challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Dearborn lost by Catholic Central (Novi, MI), 56-12, in a non-league challenge.
