The Edgewood Mustangs soccer squad scored 1 points and held the host Cascade Cadets to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host North Putnam for a Western Indiana bout on Saturday, August 31. Edgewood will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Brown County (Nashville, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Cascade moves to 2-2 on the year. The Cadets host Indian Creek (Trafalgar, IN) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 3. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Indian Creek lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against West Vigo (West Terre Haute, IN)
