The Bartlett Golden Bears football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Eagle River Wolves to 32 in the Golden Bears league triumph on Thursday.

The Golden Bears now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Colony for a test on Saturday, September 7. Bartlett will meet a Knights squad coming off a 46-6 non-league loss to Palmer (Palmer, AK). The Knights record now stands at 2-1.

With the defeat, Eagle River drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Wasilla (Wasilla, AK) to meet the Warriors in a test on Saturday, October 5. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-0.
